Louth Meath Education and Training Board (LMETB) are delighted to be rolling out the National Hairdressing Apprenticeship in 2021. The education and training will take place in the new Hairdressing and Beauty Academy, Regional Skills and Training Centre (RSTC), Dundalk. The training will be delivered by Óiliúna Ltd, one of LMETB’s contracted training providers.
The Regional Skills and Training Centre offers a range of training programmes across Co. Louth and Co. Meath. Its provision includes Apprenticeships, Traineeships, Community Based Training, full-time day courses and part-time evening courses.
Dr. Ciarán Ó Mathúna, Area Training Manager of Louth Meath Education and Training Board and Manager of the Regional Skills & Training Centre, welcomed the news of the National apprenticeship. “On behalf of the management team and staff in RSTC we are thrilled to collaborate with Limerick and Clare Education and Training Board in the National Hairdressing Apprenticeship.” RSTC is now formally approved to run the new National Hairdressing Apprenticeship.
