Well done to all in Bridget Haren Hair & Beauty, which has won the “Micro Enterprise” category at the recent Generation Apprenticeship Employer of the Year awards. In spite of a challenging period for the hair and beauty sector, Bridget’s team of has gone from strength to strength. From her Ennis base, Bridget employs 5 stylists, a beauty therapist and 3 apprentices, along with support staff.
Describing her passion for hairdressing as having been ‘…fuelled by continual learning’, adding that she and her team are ‘…enthusiastic about assisting in the work-based training for our apprentices.’
The 2021 awards saw over 70 companies nominated, with the hair and beauty sector well-represented by Aidan Fitzgerald Hair Salon, Sean Taaffe Hair & Beauty, Ger Hennessy Hair Studio and Creation Hair & Beauty.
